How long will it take for my order to arrive?
For shoes, orders will take roughly 2-3 weeks (within Europe). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number, with this you can check on your countries postal site where your package is.
For silks, it takes a maximum of 10 days for them to be made plus on top of that 2-3 weeks (within Europe) for them to be delivered.

I’ve ordered silks, how do I send you my sizes?
Once you have ordered, we will send you our sizing form and you will be required to email it back to us at wushugear@gmail.com. All information about sizing can be found here.

Is there a faster delivery option?
Yes, it is possible for goods to be delivered quicker. If you would like to arrange for faster shipping please contact us via our contact page.

Do you ship outside of Europe?
We can ship outside of Europe, but delivery charges will be different. Please contact us here for more information.

I’ve never used PayPal before, how does it work?
Its easy-
Step 2- On the left side of the page click the ‘Sign up’ button.
Step 3- Now, the page you are currently on, you have to select your country, then click on ‘get started’ PayPal for your personal use option.
Step4- Enter your personal information.
And that’s it! Following this you must verify your account by opening an email which they will have sent to the email you registered the account under.
Currently we are using only Paypal to recieve online payments. If you are not comfortable using this option for any reason, please contact us to discuss another form of payment.
